Little Sartoria produces women’s clothes and accessories (bags and purses) made from vintage fabrics and are handmade in Italy. The initial table clothes have existed for many years. Please understand, that the original fabrics, such as table clothes, center tables, linens etc. etc. may have small inclusions and slight imperfections in their material. These little particularities tell authentic stories about people, love and friendship. As some of our products can sell very quickly online, we are not always able to keep up with every product that is sold out or returned. Since all of our products are unique pieces and made from rare or vintage fabrics, they are one-offs and we will not have them in stock again. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
We gladly will refund your order within 14 days upon you receiving your purchase. All returns must be sent via registered mail in their original condition. In case of any dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. No returns is offered on reduced/discounted items. We will refund any costs that you have paid to us with the exception of postage. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, this will not apply if the items have been worn or washed. In this case we reserve the right to return the goods to the customer at their own cost. Please email us regarding returns and to receive the return address at: contact@littlesartoria.com International Returns Discounted / Sale Discounted or Sale items can be exchanged only. They can also be returned in exchange for a voucher with the value of the purchase amount. The voucher does not have an expiration date and can always be used on the LITTLE SARTORIA webshop. We do not offer refunds for items bought on sale. REFUNDS If your order has been sent to a destination in the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside of the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable by LITTLE SARTORIA. Once we have received the return at the Milan showroom we will make sure to keep you posted through e-mail and refund your money within 14 days. This also depends on transaction services of your bank or Paypal. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
PRICING AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
All prices displayed on our website are quoted in Euro (€) free of sales taxes. (While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. LITTLE SARTORIA, however, reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch should we find that the price is incorrect. In such case we will notify you by email. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be automatically cancelled.) Payment Methods LITTLE SARTORIA accepts the following payment methods: PayPal, Bank Transfer. International Orders Outside of the EU all customs or import duties are charged once a parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the shipment. We are sorry to state that we have no control over these costs, and also cannot give you any detailed information on what the costs will be, as custom policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please be aware that your parcel can be delayed by customs and for this reason charges can be applied. We apologize for any inconvenience in this matter but we have no control over this and are not able to supply any details why or for how long your parcel can be delayed. SHIPPING METOD
All Shipments are sent from Milan, Italy via Poste Italiane. You will receive a confirmation email upon our receipt of your order. and a second email with a tracking number once your order has been processed. Please email us at contact@littlesartoria if you would like to receive your tracking number. Your package can be tracked via Poste Italiane at www.poste.it We try to process all orders within 24 hours. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday (excluding holidays). All orders places on a holiday will be processed 48 hours after the next working day.
